Cassie is a special cat! She is an FIP survivor, having been treated daily for 84 days while with Shannon’s Fosters. We feel honored to have her in our care now and will do our best to get her into an extremely caring, careful, and loving home. Per the FIP treatment protocol she is now in an 84-day observation period. That period ends around the first week of June.
Cassie is available for adoption to the right home but we will also not rush her out the door, given all she’s been through. We need to know that her new home will fully embrace her, watch over her, stay in touch with us, and seek medical care immediately should she need it. So far her recovery has been excellent and we haven’t seen anything concerning. She is a sweet little cat who deserves an amazing home.
