Ben joined us from Shannon’s Fosters in February and is still figuring out that he is safe in our space. As soon as he lets down his guard, we will move him to the “available” category for adoption. He is a very playful and active young cat! He will need a patient adopter. He is most likely going to need at least a month or longer to relax in a new home.
5/19/26: After three months with us, he is finally allowing some volunteers to pet him from time to time!
7/23/26: Ben still needs more socialization so that he will accept more handling and allow himself into a carrier. He is overdue for vaccinations and needs to be seen by a vet before we can make him available to go home.
