Adoption Pending!
Dewey joined us from the Apple Valley shelter. He might take a minute or two to warm up but he is a total sweetheart! He had some very rough times with his teething so we placed him on hold until we got him through his teething and could get a vet recheck to ensure that his gums are ok and there are no further issues to worry about. His appointment was in mid-November.
Update 12/3/25 – Dewey had two molars extracted and had gingivitis noted. We can discuss with a potential adopters ways to help manage his oral health.
Dewey is such a sweet boy! He enjoys both cats and humans. He’s getting to be a big boy – 10 pounds at 9 months old – so watching his caloric intake and activity level will be something to be aware of.
We prefer that social cats go home in pairs or to homes with friendly, playful cats. Dewey is a social cat who gets along with other cats.
