Hey, we’re Max and Jax! We are 4 year old bonded brothers who are at the lounge in search of our happily ever after! You know, the type of story where someone is down on their luck, then an awesome character swoops in and changes the trajectory of the entire story and you end up crying happy tears at the end?! That’s the one.
You see, we were rescued as kittens and grew up in foster care. We are shy guys who appreciate a calm, quiet environment. The lounge is a great place, and we enjoy our kitty friends, alllll the toys, and our sweet human friends, but visitors don’t frequently see us. We can get overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the lounge, so we seek a safe place away from the chatter, and then adopters don’t see our handsome faces or get to know us. Sheesh!
We have warmed up to our caretakers and Jax will lean in for pets and loves scritches from his favorite friends. We know we will blossom in a home that is calm, predictable and understanding; a place where we can feel safe, valued for who we truly are and let our true colors come out.
