We have several options for bringing in new cats and kittens and helping them acclimate. We attach some kind of sign to each space to let volunteers and visitors know who is inside.
Do not let a cat out of its space unless you have spoken directly to Jennifer about doing so.
Cat Cottage #1: This is the wooden structure with a screen door. Visitors can typically go inside to visit the cat(s) living in it.
Cat Cottage #2: This is the large gray catio. Visitors are allowed in this space.
Cat Cottage #3: This is the smaller gray catio in the main room. Visitors are not allowed inside this catio.
Cat Cottage #4: This is the back room with a gate on it. Cats are roaming freely in the room with the gate closed. Depending on the situation, visitors may or may not be allowed in.
Bathroom: Sometimes (rarely) we use this space. Depending on the situation, visitors may or may not be allowed in. If a cat needs serious quarantining, we would use the bathroom and possibly the kennel in the bathroom.
